On March 12, Inspector General Hannibal "Mike" Ware provided testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives, Subcommittee on Rural Development, Agriculture, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Committee on Small Business. The hearing was titled, “Challenges in SBA's Trade Expansion Program.”
